Frequently asked

Does my data leave the EU?

No. Validation runs on Hetzner servers in Germany (region eu-central-1). No transfer to cloud APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, AWS Bedrock or similar) — see Validators.

What is a Sovereign Node?

A complete Aisthetix instance — auditor, database, reverse proxy — running in your own EU cloud. No data leaves your control sphere. Available from the Kanzlei plan.

How is billing handled?

Monthly or annual invoice in advance, via SEPA direct debit or bank transfer. Annual billing earns a 10% discount on list price (on request, not automatic).

Can I cancel?

Starter and Pro: monthly to month-end. Kanzlei: three months to the contract-year end. Details in the terms.

Is a DPA included?

Yes, from the Pro plan onwards. On Starter you receive the Art. 28 GDPR DPA on request. Both DPAs are formally identical.
